The other day Darcy was making his Halloumi cheese. Yes, it's one of his many interesting hobby. So I decided to try taking some pictures of the process. I wish I can explain it in it's detail but I really can't. There's a lot of steps to it and it's like a big science experiment. I'm glad he enjoys making it and I get to eat it!!

Okay, that is COOL! We love haloumi around here, and pay through the nose to get the smallest little chunk!! Is it easy to make?? I can make paneer/ricotta super easily..is it similar?? :D
